Answer: yes, there is a very small transfer time in the Line-Interactive UPS's (about 4ms), but most of the electrical loads can't sense this transfer time and no power failure will occur on the load, while in the online UPS no transfer time happened when the UPS starts to work on battery mode after main electricity cut off.
